FCS-live Ltd as a Data Controller

We collect and control data through managing the Risk Assessments we perform for our Customers. This is data we are authorised to capture and manage on behalf of a contract between us and our Customers. We limit the collection and management of this information to information necessary to achieve and provide our product or service agreed in our contract.

Personal information may include:
Basic Information: Name
Contact Details: Business, Address, Telephone Number and E-Mail
By association: The type of role an individual performs.
Auto Recorded: Details are collected during use of our products or services
Including: Date, Time, Who and What has been changed/entered.

In delivering our Products and Services we process and manage the data we hold, and the data captured maybe shared with other authorised users, usually under the terms of an agreed Contract: e.g. Executive Management Reports.

FCS-live Ltd as a Data Processor

We license some of our products and services and these are subsequently administered by a licensee; under these circumstances FCS-live Ltd becomes a Data Processor and the Licensee is the Data Controller.

As a Data Processor we respect the information that others have collected in performing their role as the Data Controller. As our role of licenser, FCS-live Ltd has visibility of the information our Licensee’s collect enabling us to provide technical and user support all of which is by an agreed contract.

We are aware of how data, in its many guises, are being used in the modern world and the changes in Data Protection legislation, to safeguard it. Over the last year FCS-live has made various changes to improve the security of the data we hold and process on our customers’ behalf.
